Copper Mine Project Acquisition Completed

On June 26, 2026, Blue Moon Mining formally signed a legally binding equity purchase agreement, completing the acquisition of the Sulitjelma copper mine project with a century-long mining history. This brownfield asset has cumulatively produced over 470,000 metric tons of copper and 130,000 ounces of gold, featuring existing surface and underground facilities with low infrastructure risk. Upon integration, mining and exploration licenses for both NSG and VMS entities will be coordinated uniformly, prioritizing the development of high-grade ore zones to enhance financing feasibility.

Low Infrastructure Risk

The project is currently in the pre-financing and pre-resumption stage. Listing requirements have not yet been clarified, and future progress carries uncertainty with limited impact. Continued attention is needed on funding availability, Norwegian regulatory approval progress, and the possibility of replicating experience from the Nusir project.
